Survicate Pricing & Review (2026): Plans, Costs, Pros & Cons
Survicate pricing, as of October 2026: a Free plan with 25 responses a month, Starter from $89 a month billed monthly (100 responses), Growth from $56 a month billed yearly ($114 for 250), Pro from $349 and Enterprise from $569 a month. Paid plans scale with response volume: monthly tiers on Starter and Growth, a yearly pool on Pro and Enterprise.
A 10-day free trial needs no card, but it stops at 25 responses in total. All figures in this Survicate review come from survicate.com/pricing and Survicate's help center, checked on October 25, 2026.

The trial unlocks pro-level features with no card. It allows only 25 responses and 100 Research Hub data points, though. When it ends, trial surveys stop and the account drops to the Free plan.
Treat the retention column with care. Another FAQ answer on the same page says response data is kept with no end date by default unless you set a retention period. Check your account settings before you rely on either.
Why do so many sites quote $114 for Growth? The Growth slider opens at 250 responses, so the card shows $114. The same slider starts at 100 responses for $56 a month, which matches Survicate's help article on choosing a plan (updated August 13, 2026).
Why other sites show different Survicate prices
Search results still carry old numbers. Refiner, which sells a rival survey tool, says on its Survicate comparison page (updated August 24, 2026) that Growth costs $49 a month for 100 responses. Dupple's review lists Essential, Standard and Premium plans from $59 a month.
None of these match the live page. Survicate's help center lists more than a dozen old plan names it no longer sells, such as Essential, Good and Better. Customers on those plans keep their old limits, which explains many stray figures.
Formbricks, another survey vendor, says in its August 2026 Survicate pricing post that there is no lasting free plan. Survicate's own pages describe one.
How Survicate's Response-Based Pricing Works
You choose a plan for its features, then pick a monthly response tier. Seats come bundled: 5 on Starter and 10 on Growth. So the bill grows with feedback volume, not with headcount.
Starter vs Growth: the full price ladder
| Responses a month | Starter (billed monthly) | Starter overage per extra response | Growth (per month, billed yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $89 | $0.89 | $56 |
| 250 | $179 | $0.59 | $114 |
| 500 | $279 | $0.39 | $169 |
| 1,000 | Not offered | Not offered | $229 |
| 1,500 | Not offered | Not offered | $289 |
| 2,500 | Custom quote | Not published | Custom quote |

At each tier both plans share, Growth costs 36 to 39 percent less per month than Starter. The catch is that Growth is billed yearly.
Starter buys month-to-month freedom and the choice of overage instead of a hard stop.
What counts as a response
Survicate counts one response per person who submits a survey, whether they answered all questions or just one. Its help article What counts as a response (updated July 3, 2026) lists two exceptions:
- Someone who submits only a Welcome message shows up in results but does not count.
- In email or link surveys using the one-page view, nothing is saved until all required questions are sent.
Live test answers count too. Each test you submit on a live survey eats into your allowance.
What happens when you hit the limit
Survicate's pricing FAQ splits this by plan. Starter can switch on overages, billed at the end of the period. On Growth, Pro and Enterprise, surveys stop until you upgrade or buy more responses.
The Free plan and the trial also stop at their cap. Formbricks' post says the reverse, that higher tiers allow overages, but Survicate's FAQ says only Starter does. Limits reset monthly on Starter and Growth and yearly on Pro.
Data points: the second meter
Each plan also caps data points. These are new pieces of feedback pulled into the Research Hub from reviews, support tickets and call transcripts. Survey answers never count.
Growth pairs 100 responses with 500 data points and climbs to 2,500. Starter tops out at 1,500. If you only run surveys, ignore this meter.
What Survicate Really Costs: Worked Examples
The sticker price is only half the story. Here is the Survicate cost for common setups, such as a Survicate NPS survey on a website.
| Scenario | Plan that fits | Monthly | First year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 NPS responses a month, no lock-in | Starter | $89 | $1,068 |
| 100 a month, paid yearly | Growth | $56 | $672 |
| 250 a month, no lock-in | Starter | $179 | $2,148 |
| 250 a month, paid yearly | Growth | $114 | $1,368 |
| 1,000 a month | Growth | $229 | $2,748 |
| Needs event targeting, webhooks or the Export API | Pro (floor) | $349 | $4,188 |
| Needs SAML SSO or HIPAA | Enterprise (floor) | $569 | $6,828 |
| Starter 250 tier, 320 responses in one month | Starter plus overage | $179 + 70 x $0.59 = $220.30 | Varies |

How many responses do you need?
There is no separate Survicate pricing calculator, only the slider. The useful sizing step is in the pricing FAQ, which lists average response rates:
- Web surveys: 10%
- In-product surveys: 16%
- Mobile app surveys: 30%
- Email surveys: a 20% open rate times a 20% click rate, so about 4%
Divide the responses you want by the rate. For 250 responses a month:
- Web: 250 / 0.10 = 2,500 visitors who see the survey
- In-product: 250 / 0.16 = about 1,563 users
- Mobile app: 250 / 0.30 = about 833 users
- Email: 250 / 0.04 = 6,250 emails sent
The FAQ prints 3,125 web visitors for the same 250 responses. That works out to an 8% rate, not 10%. To be safe, plan for 2,500 to 3,125 visitors, then redo the math for your own tier.
Survicate Free Plan vs Free Trial
These are two different things, and several reviews mix them up.
- Free trial: 10 days, no card and pro-level features, but only 25 responses in total and 100 Research Hub data points. Surveys stop at 25 responses even before day 10. Then trial surveys are disabled and the account moves to the Free plan (trial help article, updated August 13, 2026).
- Free plan: no time limit, 25 responses a month, up to 3 teammates, no data export and no premium integrations (Free Account article, updated June 15, 2026).
So is Survicate free? Yes, at a small scale. But Survicate's own pages describe the Free plan's survey limits three ways:
- The pricing FAQ: 1 active survey, 300 responses per survey and 1,000 per company, with 30 days of retention.
- The plan-choice article: unlimited active surveys that share 300 responses.
- The Free Account article: up to 1,000 stored responses across active surveys, with 300 per survey.
For your own limits, open Settings, then Subscription, then Usage & limits in the app. Sign-up also needs a business email.
Which Features Sit Behind Which Plan
The compare table covers the four paid plans. The export note comes from the help center.
| First plan | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Starter (all paid plans) | Email (with built-in sending), link, QR code, website pop-up, in-product, iframe and Intercom surveys. Mobile SDKs for iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter and Unity. Kiosk mode and branch logic. URL and exit-intent targeting. 25 integrations. CSV or XLSX export, per the help center. |
| Growth | Branding removal, multilingual surveys and answer piping. AI follow-up questions, AI themes and sentiment, and 1 dashboard. Feedback Button, attribute targeting and recurring surveys. Two-way HubSpot and Intercom sync. |
| Pro | Event and behaviour targeting, A/B tests and advanced display logic. Custom CSS and custom domain. Export API and webhooks. 44+ integrations, including Salesforce, Amplitude and data warehouses. 10 dashboards. |
| Enterprise | SAML SSO, access logs, HIPAA and DORA. Custom legal terms. A dedicated success manager and 1:1 training. |

One caveat on export. The compare table has no export row, and Formbricks' post says Starter and Growth cannot export. Survicate's help center lists export on Starter, so confirm it during the trial.
The practical rule is simple. Find the lowest plan with your must-have feature, then size the response tier.
What Is Survicate?
What is Survicate? It is a customer feedback and survey platform from Survicate S.A., based in Warsaw, Poland (terms of service). It serves CX, product, research and marketing teams with surveys by email, link, website, in-product and mobile app.
Beyond surveys, the Research Hub pulls in reviews, support tickets and call transcripts next to survey answers. An AI research assistant answers questions about that feedback. The Survicate MCP connector lets Claude and ChatGPT query it.
Survicate Pros
- Wide channel reach. Email with built-in sending, links, QR codes, website pop-ups, in-product, Intercom and mobile SDKs all start on Starter.
- Low entry price on a yearly plan. Growth starts at $56 a month for 100 responses.
- Seats are bundled. Starter includes 5 and Growth 10, with no per-user charge.
- No surprise bills at the cap. Free, Growth, Pro and Enterprise stop at the limit, and Starter's overage is opt-in.
- Useful syncs early. Survicate HubSpot and Intercom sync runs both ways from Growth. Slack, Zapier and Zendesk sync both ways on all paid plans.
- Human support on all plans. The pricing page promises a reply in under 5 minutes during the trial. That is Survicate's own claim.
Survicate Cons
- All plans are metered by responses, and partial answers and live tests count.
- Growth's low price needs a yearly contract.
- Event targeting, webhooks and the Survicate API (the Export API) start at $349 a month on Pro.
- SAML SSO and HIPAA come only with Enterprise.
- Starter is tight. It allows just 2 active surveys and 6 months of data retention.
- The Free plan cannot export, and its limits are described three ways.
- No refunds. Survicate's refund article says to cancel before the next billing cycle starts.
- No feature board, public roadmap or changelog. Survicate's product pages and sitemap list none as of October 2026. It can push responses to Productboard, Jira or Linear from Starter, so it pairs with a roadmap tool rather than replacing one.
What Reviewers Say About Survicate
Survicate reviews on the big platforms are positive. On July 18, 2026, SaaS CRM Review recorded 4.6/5 on G2 from 205 reviews and 4.6/5 on Capterra from 99. Ratings move, so check the live pages.
SaaS CRM Review is funded by affiliate fees, which it discloses. Its summary of reviewer comments finds these themes:
- Praise: fast setup, easy survey building, good templates and quick support.
- Criticism: weak filters and cross-analysis, AI summaries that need checking, and pricing that feels tight as volume grows.
The analysis complaint fits the plan table: dashboards start on Growth.
How These Tools Were Compared
Prices and limits were checked on Survicate's pricing page on October 25, 2026: the plan cards, the compare table, the page's tier data and its FAQ. Survicate's help articles filled the gaps, and each is linked where it is used.
Screenshots show public pages only, captured the same day. No account or trial was used, so this review reports no hands-on results. Each alternative was checked on its own pricing page that day.
Who Should Pay for Survicate (and Who Should Not)
Survicate is worth paying for if you:
- Survey by email at volume, inside native mobile apps or inside Intercom.
- Need HubSpot or Intercom sync, or AI analysis of tickets, reviews and calls.
- Need SAML SSO, HIPAA or DORA and can budget for Enterprise.
Skip it, or start elsewhere, if:
- You need fewer than 25 responses a month. The Free plan may be enough.
- Your volume is very spiky on Growth, where surveys stop at the cap.
- You want raw-data pipelines on a small budget. The Export API starts on Pro.
- You mainly want feature requests, a roadmap and release notes. Survicate does not host a board.
Looking for employee eNPS or pulse surveys rather than customer surveys? That is a different job, covered in this guide to employee feedback tools.
Survicate Alternatives
Three options cover the most common reasons to look elsewhere: no response cap, open source, or a feature board next to your surveys.
| Tool | Pricing model | Entry paid price (as of October 2026) | No-cost option | Survey channels | Feedback board, roadmap, changelog |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Survicate | Subscription by monthly survey responses | $56 a month billed yearly, or $89 billed monthly | Free plan and a 10-day trial | Email, link, QR, website, in-product, mobile SDK, Intercom | Not listed |
| Refiner | Subscription by monthly active users | $149 a month at 5,000 MAU, or $1,490 a year | 30-day trial, then a free plan with 25 responses a month | In-app (web and mobile), website pop-up, email, survey pages | Not listed |
| Formbricks | Cloud subscription by responses, or free self-hosting | $89 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly | Hobby tier (250 responses a month) and self-hosting | Link and in-product; iOS and Android SDKs on Pro | Not listed |
| Tiny Team Feedback | One-time purchase per organization | One-time payment per module; see current prices | Free trial, no credit card | Website popup and portal link | Yes, all three in one module |

1. Refiner: Best for In-App Surveys Without a Response Cap
Refiner runs in-app, website, mobile and email surveys for SaaS products. It prices by monthly active users, and paid plans include unlimited survey responses. Essentials costs $149 a month, or $1,490 a year billed yearly, at 5,000 MAU (refiner.io/pricing, as of October 2026).
The 30-day trial needs no card and caps at 100 responses. Then accounts drop to a free plan with 25 responses a month.
The catch is that the bill climbs with your user base. Best for SaaS products with many signed-in users that survey often.
2. Formbricks: Best for Self-Hosting and Open Source
Formbricks is an open source survey platform. Its Community Edition can be self-hosted for free, if you run the server, updates and backups yourself. The cloud Hobby tier is free with 250 responses a month.
Pro costs $89 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly, for 2,000 responses a month with opt-in overage, unlimited seats, mobile SDKs and webhooks (formbricks.com/pricing, as of October 2026). Best for teams with developer time that want data on their own servers.
3. Tiny Team Feedback: Best for Website Surveys Plus a Feature Board
Tiny Team's Feedback module puts customer surveys, feedback boards, a roadmap and a changelog on one branded portal. It covers the website popup side of Survicate's job, plus the board Survicate does not offer.
Key features:
- Ten question types, including NPS (0 to 10), CSAT (1 to 5), customer effort (1 to 7) and product-market fit, with up to 20 questions and templates.
- Surveys shared as a portal link or a website popup, targeted by page path, with a delay, a wait after dismissal and a corner position. Popups take anonymous responses only.
- Results per survey: answer percentages, NPS, CSAT percentage, average ease score, text answers and each response.
- Feedback boards with voting and comments, a drag-and-drop roadmap and a changelog with emails to subscribers.
- A branded portal on your own subdomain, plus one website script for embeds and survey popups.
Pricing model: a one-time purchase per organization, with no subscription and no per-seat or per-voter fees. Its free trial needs no credit card, and an admin starts it when the team is ready.
Where it falls short: there is no survey branching, email distribution or mobile SDK. NPS scores are per-survey totals with no trends or segments, and responses cannot be exported to CSV. It has no integrations such as HubSpot, Intercom or Slack, no webhooks or public API, no AI analysis, no SSO and no multi-language portal.
If you need email or mobile surveys, branching, CRM sync, exports, an API, AI analysis or SSO, stay with Survicate. Tiny Team Feedback is best for small SaaS teams whose real survey job is a website NPS or CSAT popup, and who also want a public home for feature requests, a roadmap and release notes. See current prices.
The Bottom Line
Survicate is good value at low volume if you commit yearly to Growth, where 100 responses a month cost $56. The real cost jumps come from the response tier and the Pro feature wall at $349 a month. Before you pick a tier, check what counts as a response, then size it with the response-rate math above.
If your survey needs stop at website popups and you also want feature voting, a public roadmap and a changelog, Tiny Team's Feedback module is worth a look. It is a one-time purchase for your whole organization, with no subscription and no per-seat fees. See current prices, or create a free workspace and start the trial when you're ready.
