What you can do with Links
Short links with useful controls
Choose a custom slug, add UTM values and organize links with tags. Set passwords or expiration dates when a link needs limited access.
Your brand, your domain
Use the shared short domain or connect your own domain with guided DNS records. Ownership, routing and HTTPS checks keep connection status clear.
QR codes you do not need to reprint
Download a PNG or SVG QR code for any link. Edit the destination later and keep the same address and code.
Understand the clicks
Compare clicks by day, link, tag, domain, referrer, device and country when available. Recognized bots are filtered and tracking uses no cookies.
Pay once for Links
One purchase covers your whole organization. No subscription or per-seat fees.

Links FAQ
No. You can create links on the shared short domain as soon as the module is active. For branded links, an admin adds a domain or subdomain you own in Links → Domains. Tiny Team shows a TXT record to prove ownership, then the records for HTTPS and routing. It rechecks automatically and marks the domain connected once HTTPS is ready. Subdomains like go.yourcompany.com use a CNAME; a root domain needs your DNS provider's ALIAS, ANAME or CNAME flattening.
Yes. Admins and Link Managers can edit a link's destination, title, tags, UTM values, expiry and password. The short address and its QR code stay the same. The domain and slug are permanent, so a different address means creating a new link.
Everyone in your organization with access to Links can browse links, copy them, download QR codes and view analytics. Administrators and people with the Link Manager role can create, edit, tag, disable and trash links. Connecting or disconnecting a custom domain is limited to administrators.
Links that already exist keep redirecting, and clicks keep being counted. Creating or editing links and viewing analytics stay locked until you buy lifetime access, and your data stays saved. While the module is locked, admins and Link Managers can still disable existing links or move them to Trash, and admins can disconnect domains.
Each tracked click is counted by day, with the referring site's hostname, the device type, the browser and, when trusted location data is available, the country. Daily visitor estimates use a hashed identifier that changes every day. Recognized bots, link previews and prefetches are excluded. Links sets no tracking cookies and never saves raw IP addresses with click data. Detailed click events are kept for 7 days and daily summaries for 12 months.
Your links keep redirecting as normal. Tiny Team stops recording new clicks until the next UTC calendar month starts. You can see stored links, custom domains and tracked clicks against your allowances in Organization → Limits.
You pay for a module once, and your organization keeps access to it for as long as we provide Tiny Team and that module, with no subscription and no renewal. Each purchase covers one module for one organization. Modules added later are sold separately, with their own price and trial. If we ever close a module, we email admins at least 90 days in advance and export your data on request.
Create your organization for free, open a module and choose Start 30-day trial. Each module has its own 30-day period, starting only when you activate it. Start with Links whenever you're ready. Each organization gets one trial per module.
No. Each module is a one-time payment for your whole organization. There are no monthly or yearly charges and no per-person fees. Prices exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout.
